Based on This, What’s Important?
I’ve been writing The Good Leaven Letter weekly for several years now. Each week, I follow inspiration and don’t have particular core themes in mind. Because of this, I’ve been increasingly curious to learn whether or not there are general trends. I recently used Grok to analyze all the past posts to research the following questions:
What are the values of the person who wrote the posts?
What seems to be important?
What patterns are there?
The full report was four pages long. Here’s a summary of what emerged:
1. Core Values of the Author
Intentionality
Growth and Self-Improvement
Community and Connection
Gratitude and Presence
Resilience and Adaptability
2. What Seems Important to the Author
Mindset and Perspective
Habit Formation
Practical Wisdom
Human Connection
Simplicity and Sufficiency
3. Recurring Patterns
Use of Personal Anecdotes
Integration of External Frameworks
Reflective Questions
Emphasis on Transformation Through Small Actions
Spiritual and Seasonal Reflections
What I’ve written is just a small, edited slice of my life. I’m sure that even more could be learned from what I’ve done, what I’ve said, and what I’ve thought.
This week, I invite you to ponder:
Based on my actions, what does it seem my values are? What seems important? What patterns are there?
Based on my speech, what does it seem my values are? What seems important? What patterns are there?
Based on my thoughts, what does it seem my values are? What seems important? What patterns are there?
God bless,
Dan
